A members WhatsApp group will be set up.

Coming soon – email newsletters.

I will continue to use Facebook, plus Instagram and my website to publicise walks.

How long are the walks? Am I fit enough for the walks?

My walks are mainly between 3 and 5 miles, (approx. 4km- 8km) the distance of each walk along with the start and end point, the terrain and likely conditions (mud etc) will be clearly published in advance. The walking pace is not fast, no one will be left behind, please contact me is you are unsure about a walk. Some walks, especially my Wolds Walks will be up to 7 miles in length – again the walking will not be fast paced, but please always check published details.

Refreshments

Where possible a refreshment stop will be incorporated into the walk, this is usually a café or occasionally a pub, as ever these details will be within the walk details. You are always encouraged to bring drinks and snacks with you.

Where possible I will give details of toilet facilities along the route.

Cancellation policy

Walks may be cancelled due to poor weather, weather warnings, illness or unforeseen circumstances. As much notice as possible will be given.

Please note

It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure that they are prepared for each walk, that their footwear and clothes are appropriate for both the walk and the weather conditions.

If someone has a problem on any of the walks, the group leader must be informed.
